Refund Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (including all accessories).

2. Eligibility for Full Refund
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item due to our error, we will issue a full refund or arrange a free replacement at no extra cost.

3. Buyer-Initiated Returns
If you return an item due to personal preference (e.g., change of mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. Refunds will be issued for the product price only (excluding original shipping costs).

4. Refund Process
1. Submit a return request via email or store support.
2. Ship the item back to the address we provide.
3. We will inspect the returned item within 2 business days.
4. Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days and credited to your original payment method.

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Used or damaged items due to user error (water damage, drops, disassembly)
- Items without original packaging or accessories
- Custom or personalized products
